What will you do as a quality manager?

As an experienced Quality Manager you will join a growing team working in the de-carbonized utility vehicles sector. You will enjoy full responsibility for developing the quality strategy, processes, standards, staffing and systems for the business.

  • The Quality Manager will liaise with the supply chain, internal, external stakeholders and customers to ensure product quality matches customer expectation. 
  • Rapid accreditation to contemporary automotive quality standards is the prime objective for this role. Previous experience of business transition leading to successful ISO 16949 and 14001 audit is required. 

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (EQF & NLQF 6 or 7) in a manufacturing/engineering discipline is preferred. 
  • Membership of an industry related professional body. 
  • Significant experience in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of   Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
