What will you do as a Inside Sales Employee?

You will be involved in: selling non-standard products to the demands of customers and product development. You have a good feeling for the needs and the developments in products to apply in mining/automotive/recreational industry and production capabilities of the inhouse factory.

  • Acquiring new business and maintaining current business/customers
    • Know the market: location, size, budget
    • Know the market opportunities and threats, short term and long term
    • Know competitors’ strength, weaknesses, pricing, terms
  • Approaching the market
    • Make an adequate plan in segments, budget, efforts
    • Make 1 new proposal that fully differ, per quarter
    • Does proposals to make the choices how and when to approach prospects
  • Selling to the market
    • Has up to date insight in RFI-RFQ-orders
    • Grow sales in revenue
    • Has UpToDate insight in production in planning, labour, costs
    • Combines all info in monthly sales report
  • After sales
    • Follow up on current and past orders

The Sales Associate should be someone who:
  • Is an anchor point for customers: in the middle to see and translates the demands and gets the best revenues for the Company
  • Is a strong communicator and team player

Qualifications and Skills:
The Sales Associate should be someone who has:
  • Market knowledge, negotiation skills, production process know how and a firm/robust attitude
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional Retail management
  • Experienced user of Microsoft office Word and Excel
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (in written and spoken)
  • Available for 38 hours a week
