We are looking for skilled professional individuals that will play an important role in our organisation that can strengthen and grow our business in technical and operational development, services and commercial activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

  • Effectively manage the recruitment campaigns including advertising vacancies, collating applications and data, corresponding with candidates, assisting managers with the shortlisting and selection process

  • Administering successfully the recruitment and selection data to contribute to HR reports and inform decision-making.

Onboarding and Induction

  • Administration of new starters including pre-employment vetting checks, references, preparing documents, processing applications

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation

  • Induction and onboarding with new candidates to be 100% success rate

Policy and Procedures

  • Assist in the creation of HR policies

  • Ensure to implement HR policies that align with the business and culture and comply with relevant legislation

  • Providing technical support and advising on local Dutch policies, standards and guidelines to the team

  • Implementing strategies to optimize data integrity and process improvements

  • Enacting policies and procedures to compile and keeping the data securely and efficiently

Core HR

  • Facilitate and assist with the employee life cycle such as, Performance management reviews

  • Supporting managers and employees in the process

  • Payroll, Yearly Salary reviews and Benefit reviews

Employee relations

  • Effectively managing the relationship between the company and its employees, by understanding cultural sensitivities and considering broader relevant legal frameworks

Human Resource Filing

  • All the filing system captures and records employee data to meet business needs and legislative requirements


  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to work and professional work ethic

  • Has a positive attitude to change with regards to flexibility in planning and behaviour

  • Highly discreet with confidential information and demonstrates professionalism and respect for confidentiality

  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate presentation of information

  • Ability to communicate effectively across global time frames and offices

  • Demonstrates the ability to follow rules, process and procedures and explain these others

  • Calm and productive when under pressure

  • Demonstrates an interest in developing a career in HR

  • Demonstrates commitment to own learning and continuous improvement through training and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work with ATS software

  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities

  • Familiarity with social media recruiting

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • BSc/BA in HR Management or relevant field will be a plus
